1. Initial contact
We welcome all types of enquiries for a wide range of living situations. Let us know about your client's care predicament and we will have an initial discussion to see what is viable.
2. Arrange an assessment
With the consensus and input of the care-user, current care-givers, and family where appropriate, we can put together a care plan that meets their needs appropriately.
3. Proposal
From there we will organise a care proposal, for the client, local authorities, and existing family and care-givers to consider, and amend or accept as desired.
4. Ongoing care
As the care needs of the service user develop, so we can adapt our care plans to meet those needs appropriately. Our staff are ever vigilant for new care needs if they arise.
